National Policy

If you are a Stratford on Avon constituency resident and you would like to share your views on national matters with me please email me on manuela.perteghella.mp@parliament.uk. Please include your full name and home address in your email.

I will endeavour to reply to your email as soon as I can. Though it is not always possible to respond as quickly as I would like, please be assured that all emails are read and appreciated.

If you are not a resident of my constituency, please write to your own MP to share your views. You can find your own MP by putting your postcode in here:

Personal Matters

If your personal matter is legal or financial, especially if it relates to pension, tax credits or benefits, I would advise you to contact Citizens Advice Bureau in the first instance. They have expert knowledge in these areas.

If you need assistance with a national department such as the Passport Office, Immigration, DVLA or HMRC, please email my office on manuela.perteghella.mp@parliament.uk. Please include your home address, date of birth, application reference numbers and any other relevant details.

If you need help with a problem that other authorities are not addressing to your satisfaction, please email my office on manuela.perteghella.mp@parliament.uk. Please be sure to include your full name and home address in your email, as I am not permitted to assist residents of other constituencies.

Please note that you may be contacted by my casework staff for further details and to offer assistance at my request.

Phone calls or video conferences with constituents can be arranged upon request.

Local Issues

For assistance with services delivered by local authorities, the best place to the start is with your local Council.

If you live in Stratford on Avon Constituency, you are also a resident of both Stratford on Avon District Council and Warwickshire Country Council.

You can check the services provided by Stratford on Avon District Council here and by Warwickshire County Council here

If your problem is not resolved by the relevant Council department, or you want to share your views on local issues, the best course of action is to contact your local ward councillor.

Visit the House of Commons

If you are a UK resident and a constituent of Stratford on Avon, you can contact me on manuela.perteghella.mp@parliament.uk to arrange a free Inside UK Parliament guided tour. These tours are usually conducted when Parliament is sitting, rather than during Parliamentary recess, and spaces can be booked up to six months in advance. During the tour, the guide will:

  • Explain the work of UK Parliament and its relevance today

  • Outline how the working spaces you visit on the tour are used

  • Set out ways you can get involved and engage with the democratic process

  • Highlight some of the dramatic history of the Palace of Westminster

If you are a resident of a different MP's constituency and would like to join an Inside UK Parliament tour, please contact your own MP. You can find contact details for them here.

If you are not a UK resident, or are constrained in the times which you are able to take a tour, Parliament offers several other paid tours to visit the Palace of Westminster. These options are varied, and usually run at weekends or during longer breaks in the Parliamentary calendar such as the Easter or Summer recess. If you wish to find out more about all tours, you can do so here.
